Watch as our “pastaio”, pasta expert and chef, Ben Di Rosa guides you through the process of mixing, kneading, rolling, and shaping classic Italian pasta by hand. You’ll learn about the different dough types, shaping methods, and cooking tips to bring authentic Italian flavours to your own cucina.
