GRIFFITH BEST HOMEMADE SALAMI COMPETITION JUDGING

24 Judges from around Australia judge the entries to the “Casella Family Brands and Leo Franco motors, Best Homemade Salami Competition”.
From 11am till 2pm at the Yoogali Club, these judges have the task of tasting the 100+ salami entries from all over, using the three criteria of taste, texture and aroma to score each salami, to find which salami maker has the technique to take the crown for 2024.
The results are a closely guarded secret, and the top ten entries are announced at the Festa Delle Salsicce long lunch on Sunday at Pioneer Park.
