The Griffith Salami Festival pranzo lungo (long lunch) is on again for 2026! We will be announcing the winners of the Casella Family Brands and Leo Franco Motors, “Best homemade salami competition”. The lucky people that have tickets will be enjoying an Italian smorgasbord meal from Yoogali Kitchen, including wine from Casella Brands, Calabria Wines, Meditrina Wines and Elm wines. Juice from Real Juice Griffith, homemade crostoli for dessert as well as local oranges on the table, all whilst dancing to the your favourite Italian runes from Joe Staltare, Pat Sergi and band, as well as a guest appearance from our favourite world class entertainer Alfio Bonanno ! Join in the fun of the auction for the winning salami, and some lucky person will be $10,000 richer, when they are drawn from the $10,000 raffle. It’s going to be an awesome day and we can’t wait.
