The first Italian migrants brought their viticulture, market gardening skills and passion for food & cooking to Griffith. Old traditions like salami making, preserving olives and sauce days are continued enthusiastically. A Taste of Italy Griffith is a week-long celebration of the Italian culture and heritage that is so unique to Griffith. There is a huge range of events and experiences held across the whole region to enjoy as you taste your way around Griffith.
